Mayday Mystery 19 March 2007 Delivery

The following envelope containing one picture was received from the Orphanage on March 19, 2007. It appears that the envelope was mailed on February 28, 2007. Unfortunately, the picture has acquired several crease marks from the envelope being folded or bent during postage.
