Every year since 1981, different announcements titled "SR/CL" have appeared in the Arizona Daily Wildcat newspaper from Arizona State University. Brian Hance has posted these announcements on his website: www.MaydayMystery.org. Various references to the number 668 have appeared throughout these announcements (Oct 10, 2000, Dec 5, 2001, and elsewhere). Many of the announcements also emphasize other specific numbers such as 3, 7, 12, and 1143.

Notice the number 1984 highlighted in red near the middle of the 14x14 grid. I made mention on the Mayday Mystery website that this number could refer to George Orwell's book: 1984. It could also be a reference to Martin Luther's 1545 Bible being revised in 1984. This Bible is similar to the Revised Standard Version. The new revised Luther Bible is the most widely used German version (used by Lutherans, Evangelicals, Pentecostals, and Baptists). However, at the basic level, if you multiply the digits of 1984 (1*9*8*4), you got 288 (12*24). The numbers 12 and 24 are used heavily throughout the Biblical Scriptures and the ADW announcements. See especially Revelation and John's vision of the New Jerusalem (Rev. 21:2).

You can use the 14x14 grid to find other numbers used in the Mayday announcements. Remember, look at the numbers horizontally, vertically, and diagonally in all directions.

To solve some of the puzzles, it is necessary to factorialize the entire number, or in some cases each individual digit of the number, and then add those results together to get a larger number. When I factorialized 120 (120!) the result was 199 digits starting with "668". The remaining 196 (7*28) digits grouped nicely into a 14x14 grid with the last 28 (7*4) digits being zero (0). By the way, 668 decimal is also 1234 octal (1*2*3*4 = 24, and 1!+2!+3!+4! = 33).

There are many remarkable, magical, or even divine properties of 120!. Look at the chart below:

668-spreadsheet.gif
  1. Column "a" shows digits 0-9 found in 120!.
  2. Column "b" lists the total number of occurances for each digit within 120!.
  3. Column "c" multiplies the results of Columns "a" and "b".
  4. Column "d" divides each result from Column "c" by 3 and shows only whole integers.
  5. Column "e" divides each result from Column "c" by 7 and shows only whole integers.
  6. Column "f" divides each result from Column "c" by 12 and shows only whole integers.

I'll leave it up to the reader to make all the connections with the above numbers and the Mayday announcements. Check out www.Biblewheel.com/GR/GR_144.asp for information about the number 144 (12x12) that is also used heavily throughout the Mayday announcements. Look up various numbers such as 22, 111, 333, 343 (7*7*7), 777, and 1143 along with other numbers you find in the announcements.

I sincerely urge you to read all the material found at www.Biblewheel.com. Your understanding of the Mayday Mystery announcements, the biblical scriptures, and gematria will increase "7" fold. Check out the page about Revelation. Look especially at the Chapter info listed down the right side of the page under "Wheel of Revelation".

Remember, the theme of the Mayday announcements is: "Fiducia Cordis" and "everlasting life!"

What makes novels, poems, songs, or stand-up comedians' dialog great? There must be a golden thread (theme) repeated from beginning to end. Such is the case with the Mayday Mysteries and with the Bible.

The first and last chapter of Revelation emphasizes "Alpha and Omega." See a couple verses from the KJV:

Rev. 1:8 - "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty." (Ref: Is. 41:4)

Rev. 22:13 - "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." (Ref: Is. 41:4)

Here is another important reference from Revelation chapter 1 that relates back to Colossians (the overall key to the Mayday Mysteries).

Rev. 1:11 - "Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea."

Col 2:1 - "For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;"

Col 2:2 - "That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;"

Col 2:3 - "In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge."
